

The YT-500 is a proprietary series of composite diaphragm developed by PROLYSS for alkaline electrolyzers, boasting fully independent intellectual property rights. With a maximum width of 2.5 meters and an annual production capacity of up to 200,000 square meters, the YT-500 series can support 1 GW hydrogen production systems. PROLYSS has already established strategic partnerships with several upstream and downstream enterprises for this product.
Characteristics
The interior is a porous structure with good connectivity. The channels are composed of hydrophilic inorganic materials and strong alkali-resistant organic materials, featuring excellent hydrophilicity. The electrical conductivity is 10% higher than that of fabric-based diaphragms.
The surface and internal channel dimensions are less than 1μm, and it can achieve a gas tightness of more than 2bar in the liquid phase.
The diaphragm coating and frame are both made of heat-resistant alkali materials, which can achieve a durability of over 25,000 hours under 90℃, 30%KOH solution and electrochemical environment.
It has excellent flexibility and can be bent in a dry state. Meanwhile, the high-performance polymer skeleton can achieve a tensile strength of over 25MPa.
